Announcement: Call For Presenters:
Philadelphia Chapter of ABPMP is planning events for 2007-2008 year. In developing the chapter program we are inviting prospective presenters to share their experience with our members and guests. We are looking for informational and inspiring presentations (no sales pitches) from practitioners on the topic of Business Process Management. If you have interest in speaking at our events or would like to recommend a speaker you feel our members would like to hear, please send a note with “ABPMP” in the subject line to Anna Colm at Colm@synygy.com.
ABPMP Philadelphia is a chapter of the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP). ABPMP is a non-profit, vendor independent professional society dedicated to the advancement of business process management concepts and its practices.
ABPMP is practitioner-oriented and practitioner-led. Our vision is to become the premier organization for business process management professionals.
The mission of the ABPMP is to engage in activities that promote the practice of business process management, to develop a Common Body of Knowledge in this field, and to contribute to the advancement and skill development of professionals who work in this discipline.
ABPMP Philadelphia was begun with an organizing meeting on February 19, 2004. We have decided to hold quarterly membership meetings/ events with a keynote speaker, Membership experience sharing and product sponsors information sharing.
An executive committee of chapter officers was formed and assigned responsibilities. We will hold quarterly executive committee meetings.
